Who can use HSPT Coach

You must be 13 or older to create an account. Students under 13 may use HSPT Coach only through an account a parent or guardian creates and manages. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and make any purchase.

What HSPT Coach is (and isn't)

HSPT Coach is a study aid. It uses AI to coach students and build practice questions. AI can make mistakes, including in explanations and answer keys, so use your judgment and tell us when something looks wrong. We don’t guarantee any score, admission decision, or result.

HSPT® is a registered trademark of Scholastic Testing Service, Inc., which is not affiliated with and does not endorse HSPT Coach. Our practice questions are original and are not official HSPT test items.

Plans and payments

The free plan includes the diagnostic, one full-length practice exam, and a limited number of messages with Clover. Paid plans are billed through Stripe:

• Season Pass: a 7-day free trial, then a one-time charge with no renewal. Access lasts through the end date shown at purchase.
• Monthly: billed every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Manage billing; access continues through the paid month.

Payments after a free trial aren’t refundable, but if something went wrong, email support@hsptcoach.com and we’ll make it right. Prices can change, but not for a period you’ve already paid for.

Fair use

Paid plans include unlimited coaching for normal studying. To keep the service fast and affordable, we apply limits such as a daily message cap and a weekly cap on new practice exams, and we may adjust them. Don’t share accounts, scrape or copy content in bulk, try to break or overload the service, or use it to cheat on a real exam.

Your content and ours

Your answers and messages are yours; you let us use them to run and improve your coaching, as described in the Privacy Policy. HSPT Coach’s questions, explanations, software, and design are ours and are for your personal study use only.

Ending your account

You can stop using HSPT Coach and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and limits

HSPT Coach is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

If we make material changes to these terms, we’ll update the date above and let you know first. These terms are governed by the laws of California.
